Hey, I’m Bee — the human behind BMVA and your go-to Workflow & Process Consultant.

After 10+ years wrangling admin chaos across real estate, conveyancing, and small business land, I’ve seen firsthand how overwhelming things can get behind the scenes. Clunky systems, messy folders, overdue invoices, team confusion... sound familiar?

That’s where I come in.

BMVA exists to help small business owners (just like you) get their back-end sorted — from workflow audits and SOPs to branded docs, and digital filing systems. I take all those niggly admin tasks and turn them into smooth, simple processes that actually make sense.

I’m based in Tassie and proudly local — no offshore handovers, no generic templates, and absolutely no judgement about your inbox. Just calm, clever admin support with a side of fairy god-admin magic 🧚‍♀️
